ACT II, SCENE IV

[An alleyway.]

WOMAN: Look behind my ear.

MAN: Why?

WOMAN: Just look behind my ear, okay? [She pushes her hair out of the way and tilts her head to provide visual access. He looks.]

MAN: There's a bump.

WOMAN: What kind of bump?

MAN: I don't know. A bump. A flesh bump. It's not a goose bump, or speed bump.

WOMAN: It itches. Does it look like it's filled with pus?

MAN: I don't know, let me look again. [He looks again.] No, no pus. But I can see into your brain and it's a mess.
