100x450 - 20 - return my focus to the road

The littlest things can sometimes make us stop and think. If I am driving along the road and I see the carcass of a raccoon I slow down, swerve out of the way, and imagine the autobiography of the raccoon in the time it takes to turn my head and then return my focus to the road. Did it have a family? Will they die as it died, crushed by the wheels of a car?
There is a caterpillar walking on bricks. I could crush it with my heel. A car could crush me with its wheels. Everything is relative.
